Terms and Conditions

The agreement between you and this business when you create an account or join a program.

Who you are dealing with

This website, programs.kylenelsonomac.com, is operated by KYLE-OMAC MULTIMEDIA SERVICES, a business registered in the Philippines and owned by Kyle Nelson Omac. Where these terms say "I" or "we", that is the business.

You can reach us at hello@kylenelsonomac.com. Emails are answered within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

What this site offers

Programs: courses and training, and events or sessions, each with its own page. A program is either free or paid, and its page shows which before you join.

Joining gives you access to that program's lessons and to its community page, where members can post and comment.

Your account

  • One account per person. Please give your real name and an email address you use.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • Access to a program is personal. Please do not share your log-in, your lessons, or an invite link sent to you.

Paying for a program

A paid program shows its price and how to pay. You pay the business directly by that method, then enter the reference number from your receipt on the program page.

Your access starts once the payment has been checked and confirmed. Until then your request shows as waiting. If a payment cannot be found, you will be asked to check the reference number and send it again.

This website never takes card, bank or e-wallet details. It only stores the reference number and note you type in.

Prices are the full price, in Philippine pesos unless the page says otherwise. Paying gives you access to that program; it is a one-time payment unless the program's page says otherwise.

Lessons and videos

The lessons, videos, notes and other material in a program belong to the business. They are for your own learning. Please do not record, download, copy, share or resell them.

The lessons are shared in good faith but are not professional, financial, legal or accounting advice for your particular situation.

The community

Each program has a community page for its members. To keep it a good place:

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats or bullying.
  • No spam, selling or advertising unless the program allows it.
  • Do not post anyone's personal details — phone numbers, addresses, or anything private — including your own.
  • Do not post anything illegal, or anything that is not yours to share.
  • What you post stays yours, but by posting you allow it to be shown to the program's members.
  • Posts and comments that break these rules may be removed, and repeated or serious breaches may lose you access to the program, without a refund.

The limits of what I can be responsible for

I will always do my honest best to keep this site working and to put any problem right.

But I cannot be held responsible for a loss that could not reasonably have been foreseen, for the site being briefly unavailable, or for anything caused by a service outside my control — a video platform, a payment provider, or an internet failure.

Nothing here removes any right the law of the Philippines gives you as a consumer. Where these terms and the law disagree, the law wins.

Changes, and which law applies

These terms may change as the business changes. The date at the top of this page tells you when they were last written.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute belongs to the Philippine courts.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

When a paid program can be cancelled, when a refund is given, and how to ask for one.

Free programs

Nothing is paid, so there is nothing to refund. You may stop at any time.

Courses and training

If your payment has not yet been confirmed, you can cancel at any time and the money is returned in full.

Once your access has started, the lessons have been delivered. A refund is then given where the program does not work, cannot be accessed, or is not what its page described — and the problem cannot be put right.

If something does not work, please tell me before asking for a refund. Most problems take minutes to fix.

Events and sessions

A booked event or session can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before it starts.

If I cancel or move an event and the new time does not suit you, you are refunded in full.

When a refund is not given

  • A course that works as described, simply because you changed your mind after your access started.
  • An event cancelled by you less than 48 hours before it starts, or missed.
  • Access removed for breaking the community rules.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@kylenelsonomac.com with your name, the program, and the reference number of your payment.

Tell me what went wrong. A screenshot helps.

You will get an answer within 3 working days.

How a refund is paid

An approved refund is sent back by the same method you paid with — to the same GCash, bank or e-wallet account.

It usually reaches you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.

Once a refund is sent, your access to that program ends.

Privacy Policy

What information this site collects, why, who else sees it, and how to have it removed.

The short version

This site collects only what it needs to run your account and your programs. Nothing is sold, rented, or handed to advertisers. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and visits are not counted or tracked.

What is collected, and only when you choose to give it

  • Your account — your full name, your email address, and your password. The password is stored scrambled (hashed) so that nobody, including the business, can read it.
  • Your email confirmation — whether and when you confirmed your email address with the link we sent.
  • Your agreement — that you ticked the box to agree to these Terms and this Privacy Policy, which version, and when. It is recorded each time you sign up or log in.
  • Joining a paid program — the reference number and any note you type, the price and payment method shown at the time, and when your request was approved or declined.
  • The community — what you post and comment, with your name and the time.
  • You can look at the program list, each program's page and free preview lessons without giving anything at all.

Collected automatically, for a short time

To stop robots creating accounts or guessing passwords, the internet address (IP address) used to sign up, and to try a wrong password, is recorded. These records are only used for that purpose, and are cleared out automatically once they are a day old — the next time anyone signs up or logs in.

The company that hosts the site keeps short technical logs of visits, as every website host does, to keep the site running and secure.

Why it is collected

  • To let you log in and see the programs you joined.
  • To check that a payment really arrived before giving access, and to keep a record of it as the law requires of any business.
  • To show your posts and comments to the members of that program.
  • To keep the site safe from spam and abuse.

Who can see what

  • Other members of a program see your name and what you post in that program's community. They do not see your email address.
  • The business owner and site administrators see your account details, your join requests and your posts, to run the programs.
  • Nobody else.

Emails

This site emails you only to confirm your email address and, when you ask, to reset your password. It sends no newsletters or advertising. Links in these emails work once and expire — 24 hours to confirm, 1 hour to reset.

Payments

Your card number, bank log-in and e-wallet details are never typed into, sent to, or stored by this website. You pay the business directly. The site only keeps the reference number you type in.

Cookies, and what your browser keeps

When you log in, a sign-in cookie keeps you logged in for 30 days, or until you log out. It is needed for the site to work, so there is no cookie banner. Site administrators have a separate sign-in cookie of their own. There are no other cookies from this site.

If you switch between light and dark, that choice is remembered inside your own browser. It never leaves your device.

Videos

Lesson videos are played with YouTube's player, in its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube does not set cookies until you press play. Once you play a video, YouTube (Google) handles it under its own privacy policy.

The companies that make the site work

Only for that purpose. None of them may use your information for their own ends:

  • Vercel — hosts the website.
  • Neon — stores accounts, join requests, community posts and program pictures.
  • Resend — delivers the emails this site sends you: confirming your email address, and resetting your password.
  • YouTube (Google) — plays lesson videos.

How long it is kept

Your account and posts are kept while your account exists. If your account is deleted, everything you posted goes with it.

Records of payments and join requests are kept for as long as the law requires a business to keep its sales records.

Sign-up and log-in records used against spam are cleared out once they are a day old.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you have the right to ask what information about you is held, to have a mistake corrected, to have your information deleted, and to object to how it is used.

Email hello@kylenelsonomac.com and ask — for example, to delete your account. You do not need to give a reason, and it costs nothing. The only thing that cannot always be deleted is a record of a payment, for the reason above.

Children

This site is not aimed at children. If you believe a child has created an account, please write and it will be removed.

Changes, and how to complain

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.

If something here worries you, please write to hello@kylenelsonomac.com first. You also have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
